The Quilted Snake Necklace is a major part of my SNAKE collection, it is completely hand made apart from the  stitching as I use a leather sewing machine to complete this seam. It is a throw back to the amazing costume jewellery of the 80’s and 90’s that I coveted as a teen.
Each scale is hand punched, the eyes are fastened using brass post and holes as well as being a practical element for its opening and closing they are also utilitarian in their design and use.
